WHAT IS BTRACCIA.COM AND WHAT PURPOSE IS IT FOR

BTraccia.com is a parcel tracking service and is proposed as a container that the user (website visitor) can use independently and anonymously as no registration is required.
BTraccia.com was born as a non-profit study and research, the services offered on BTraccia.com as well as the BTraccia App are free.
BTraccia.com provides a Pack Code generation service and Record Pack Code movements to make them available on the Pack Code search service.
BTraccia.com provides a Pack Code search service.

DEFINITION OF USERS OF THE WEBSITE AND THE BTRACCIA APP

Users of the website and the BTraccia App are NOT required to register and are NOT required to enter personal data of any kind.
Users can be divided into two categories Passive User and Active User.
PASSIVE USER: by passive user we mean the Recipient as he does not interact with the creation of the Pack Code movements but limits himself to querying the search service in order to obtain information on the status of the shipment.
ACTIVE USER: by active users we mean the Supplier and the Transporter, in an ideal model it is the Supplier who creates the Pack Code on BTraccia.com (communicating it to the recipient) and applies it to the package to be shipped and makes the first registration, the Transporter will make the following adjustments. In the event that it is the Transporter who creates the Pack Code, he will have to carry it with him to apply it on the package and will have to communicate the code to the Supplier who in turn will communicate it to the Recipient, the Transporter will make all the registrations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE OFFERED BY BTRACCIA

BTraccia.com allows you to create a unique twenty-character code called Pack Code, which can be printed on an adhesive label in QR Code format. The label must be applied to a package or container that can be detected with the BTraccia App scanner for mobile devices. It also allows you to create a QR Code with a maximum text of fifty characters to be used as a position description. These two QR Codes are used by the BTraccia App to record the handling of the package. For the complete description with examples see the INFO page.

DATA AND COOKIES THAT WILL NOT BE REGISTERED

BTraccia.com DOES NOT record personal data of any kind.
BTraccia.com DOES NOT register IP or other addresses that can identify the place of the connection.
BTraccia.com DOES NOT register profiling cookies of any kind.

DATA THAT IS REGISTERED TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE PARCEL TRACKING SERVICE

BTraccia.com uses only one session cookie (ASP.NET_SessionId) which is used for the functioning of the website, when the session ends the cookie is deleted.
BTraccia.com REGISTER the following information in order to provide the parcel tracking service:
- Pack Code: Pack Code is a code generated automatically by BTraccia.com of twenty alphanumeric characters to be printed as a QR Code label to be applied on a Package whose movement it wants to track from a departure to an arrival.
- Position: by Position we mean a description (in creating the description respect the privacy of each interested party. Example warehouse, courier, warehouse) of fifty characters that describe a place where the Parcel is located.
- Date and Time: by Date and Time we mean the Date and Time of the movement of the Parcel.
- Optional Photo: Photo means a photo that certifies the integrity of the package being shipped (when taking the photo, respect the recipient's privacy, NEVER photograph the destination address).
- Optional Signature: by Signature we mean an additional description from where you can insert notes or initials of receipt of the package.
The registration of information on the site takes place with the BTraccia App.
The recorded information is automatically deleted three months after the last movement.
The maximum number of recordable movements is five for each Pack Code.
If you have lost the Pack Code it is NOT possible to request the code as it is not associated with any account.

BTRACCIA.COM DOES NOT ENTER INTO THE MERITS OF THE REGISTERED CONTENT BUT IT LIMITS TO GIVING A CONTAINER THAT THE USER USES INDEPENDENTLY AND IN ANONYMOUS FORM

ADVICE FOR A GOOD USE OF BTRACCIA.COM AND RESPECTING THE PRIVACY OF THE RECIPIENT OF THE PACKAGE

The Pack Code is a public key, it is applied to a parcel on display to be scanned with the BTraccia App, then the information of the movements such as position, photo, signature. They do NOT have to be detailed, but must generally indicate that the package has been prepared and that it travels to the recipient.
Anyone who has the Pack Code can view the movements of the package on BTraccia.com.
The BTraccia App offers the possibility of taking a picture of the package and recording it in movement, this opportunity has been included to protect both the Supplier and the Transporter but also the Recipient from problems arising from the integrity of the package. The Supplier can take a photo before the departure of the package, the Transporter upon delivery, the Customer can view all the records and in case of damage to the package trace the cause of the problem. In any case, never photograph the address of the recipient but the but the Pack Code that uniquely identifies the package.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE BTRACCIA APP

Anyone can use BTraccia.com and the BTraccia App, the use is free.
Access to BTraccia.com takes place anonymously. NO login account is required, NO email is required.
The Pack Code is a public key and is not associated with any account.
The data of the Pack Code movements records are automatically deleted three months after the last movement.
It is NOT possible to register more than five movements for each Pack Code.
Registrations are NOT editable (This is due to the concept that the Pack Code is a public key and is not associated with any account. So no one can change the information entered).
The movements are recorded through the BTraccia App.
It is NOT possible for BTraccia.com to identify or know how many or who has viewed the movements of the Pack Code.
Access to the website takes place only by selecting I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PRIVACY POLICY.

GUARANTEES OF THE SERVICE OFFERED

BTraccia.com is an EXPERIMENTAL website, it was created to allow anyone to provide a tracking service for packages sent to their customers.
BTraccia.com DOES NOT provide assistance of any kind but merely gives the information necessary for correct use on the INFO page.
BTraccia.com CANNOT be held responsible for the loss of information.
BTraccia.com does NOT return information entered. The only way to view and retrieve the information entered is to know the Pack Code and use the search service.
BTraccia.com allows a maximum of five movements for each Pack Code.
BTtraccia.com the recorded information is automatically deleted three months after the last movement.
BTraccia.com does NOT give any guarantee on continuity of service.
